Hi Silvermax1,
Your fork is made from 11 denier silver which is the equivalent of 917 fineness. It was made between 1857 and 1920. Hopefully someone else can identify the actual date letter and maker for you.

"1" = date code for 1857; "PACE" = maker Paolo Pace, registered 5 May 1855
