These are old french marks, or just from the end of the 19. century?

Just in case you're not sure it's French...could far right mark be "crown on/over tree" (an old Dutch city mark)?

These are not French marks.

Believe these mark not to be Dutch nor Belgian. The mark far right could be a crowned Y.
