Filigree Sugar Tongs

Post by niceguy1 »

I have this filigree sugar tongs. It’s marked with 13 & a partial makers mark which I’m hoping someone might still be able to identify. On the inside it has a fairly old repair mark.

Many thanks.
Is this considered early for German Filigree silver?
