Explanation of these Austro-Hungarian hallmarks

If possible a explanation of these 4 hallmarks on a small Austro-Hungarian spoon, the year is smudged.

Hi,
The Austrian tax mark used between 1810 and 1824 in connection with wars against Napoleon.Austria had financial problems (excess of paper money, lack of silver money). Kaiser Franz II ordered "repunzierung" (re-strike) for every silver item owned by Austrian citizens who had to pay 12 Kreutzer for 1 loth silver.

I have to check it home, but as I remember, the maker mark is the mark of Johann Klima.
