Silver Box-Thistle & Fleur de Lis -Scottish?

Round silver box with a crown on top, thistle at the bottom and two shields(signifying a marriage possibly)? Hallmarks have been a challenge can anyone identify? thanks very much!

I can't pass any judgement on the veracity of the piece or its marks, but these arms came together in April 1558 when Mary Queen of Scots married the French Dauphin Henry. Combined, they became the Royal Arms of Scotland (1559-60) see:
