Hello,
I get this spoon with other silesian spoons, so Silesia could be the origin of the spoon

Could "GF"be the city mark from Gnadenfrei in Silesia? A lot of silesian cities used letters or letter combinations a city mark.

In Gnadenfrei has worked about 1800 the goldsmith Johann Wagner (Hintze, Schlesische Goldschmiede, p.112). So "IW" could be his mark.

regards, Ringo

there is a spoon, it looks not like 1809-1812 but there is a mark looks like a prussian taxmark

could it be, that it became the Gnadenfrei hallmark?
