snuffbox with unknown (hall)marks

Postby goldresearch » Sat Apr 14, 2012 2:33 pm

Hallo,
I got an old snuffbox (without tarnish???) with two marks in it I have never seen before.
Have anybody an idea of them, please?

The feminine head could be the Cerere's head used in Sicily after 1826, but I'm not sure.
Just a guess.

Hallo amena,

Thank you for your answer! Do you have a picture of it for comparison? Or do you know a link, please?

Kind regards
