Take notice, that the partnership lately subsisting between us as Makers and Retailers of Crest and other Buttons, in No. 15, King-Street, Covent-Garden, in the County of Middlesex, was, on the 31st day of December last, my mutual consent, dissolved, and that, by the like consent, all debts from or to our late firm will be paid or received by the undersigned Thomas Sherlock, by whom our said business will in future be carried on, upon his sole credit and account. - Dated this 22nd day of March 1836.
