Jemmett Thomas, the younger, (sued together and along with Thomas Jemmett, the elder,) formerly of No. 10, Eliza-place, Sadler's-wells, Clerkenwell, (trading or carrying on business with Thomas Jemmett, the elder, at No. 39, Exmouth-street, Clerkenwell, under the style or firm of Jemmett and Son, as oil and colourmen,) and late of No. 10, Eliza-place, Sadler's-wells, Clerkenwell, oilman, out of business. Jemmett Thomas, the elder, (sued together and along with Thomas Jemmett, the younger,) formerly of Ironmonger-row, Old-street, St. Luke's then of Pierpoint-row, Islington, watch-case-maker, and last of No. 39, Exmouth-street, Clerkenwell, (trading or carrying on business with Thomas Jemmett, the younger, under the style or firm of Jemmett and Son, as oil and colourmen).
