21 April 1824 Thomas Biddell aged 61 years abode Holloway burial recorded at Saint Mary's Islington. Grimwade's first suggestion for the father of Thomas William Biddell.

24 July 1824 Thomas Biddlell late of Drury Lane and later Holloway Place Button Maker will proved at London. Son Thomas William Biddell mentioned in regard to carrying on trade at Drury Lane leasehold. Reference: TNA PROB 11/1688/367
