27 September 1682 Joseph son of Joseph Bird brewer apprenticed to "ye said Joseph his father."
17 November 1685 Joseph Bird turned over to John Laughton (Grimwade p.576) for the remainder of his term, "midsummer day which shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred & ninety."
