As John William Holden he was assessed to Land Tax from 1787-1797 on property in Red Lion Court, Cock Lane and had entered a mark in 1790 at Goldsmiths’ Hall from that address as a small worker.
Trade directory entries in 1788-90 at that address list him as a whip, saddle and harness maker.
No later information has been found for him.
