The Will of Edward Barnett, goldsmith late of St Olave, Southwark, granted probate on 9th April 1731 may be relevant (National Archives reference PROB 11/636/333) .

Edward Barnett had a bequest in his will for the poor in Dimmock in the County of Gloucester which matches his father's residence on Edward's indenture contract.
