TRINGHAM, Alice (Grimwade p.288)

As Alice Page from St Faith under St Paul’s she married John Tringham (Grimwade p.684) at St Augustine, Watling Street in 1758.
She entered a mark in 1789 at Goldsmiths’ Hall as a goldworker from 3 Queen’s Head Passage, Newgate Street, presumably on the death of her husband.
She was assessed to Land Tax on unidentified property in St Leonard’s, Foster Lane precinct from 1795 -1802. Land Tax on the property, which was probably Priest’s Court, Foster Lane, was assessed on John Tringham & Co from 1803.
