He entered a maker’s mark at Goldsmiths Hall in 1790 as a goldworker from 13 Frith Street, Soho.
The Universal British Directory of 1791 listed him as a jeweller and enameller at that address.
He appears on the Land Tax Redemption list of 1798 and assessed to Land Tax on property in Frith Street until 1809.
