LEVYSON, Montague (Grimwade p.313, 374-5)

He was born around 1796.
He entered maker’s marks at Goldsmiths Hall in 1823 from 125 Pall Mall, in 1833 and 1834 from 5 New Broad Street, Bishopsgate all as a goldworker.
The 1841 UK Census records him at Queens Square, Bloomsbury as a merchant aged 45 years.
England & Wales Deaths Index for Holborn registry records he died in 1st quarter of 1850.

3 June 1850 Montague Levyson aged 56 years was buried in Balls Pond Cemetery Kingsbury Rd; death place 18 Queens Square.
