It is , as Trender is a rare surname , that her will may have been the one proven on 23rd October 1800 at PCC as
Anne Trender ,Widow, of Aldersgate Street Buildings ,City of London.
I would appreciate a copy, or transcript of that will if anyone has it please.

Re: TRENDER, Anne (Grimwade p.684)
10 December 1789 Robert Trender of the Parish of Saint Brides Fleet Street Batchelor was married to Ann Hankins Spinster of the same Parish. Robert Trender (Sr) was bound in Marriage to Maria Padington 17 April 1760. Robert the son of Robert Trender Cooper and Maria was born 27June 1761. These two records lead me to believe that Ann was James's sister in law rather than his mother.

Pat has kindly provide a copy of the will of on at PCC of Anne Trender ,Widow, of Aldersgate Street Buildings ,City of London proved on 23rd October 1800 at PCC . It's a total brute to read and has appears to have little of relevance !
However it does contain a bequest "unto my Brother Thomas Hawkins " which indicates that this is indeed the right Anne Trender.
