The detail does not mention address but Old Bailey Sessions: Sessions Papers - Justices' Working Documents of 29 January 1784 includes " the Information of Edward Lycett of No 9 Round Court Saint Martin le Grand Working Silversmith"
14 July 1789 - London Gazette 13114 announced the partnership with Lycett was dissolved

Grimwade page 402 gives, unillustrated, the only mark of Thomas Lycett & Edward Lynes, entered as bucklemakers at 2, St Anne's Lane on 1 November 1783.
This is an example, seen on a buckle. The mark was only in use for six years as the partnership was dissolved in 1789.
I have only ever seen one other example of the mark.
