I am searching for information on the De la Pena trademark. I have a silver plated tea set given to me by my mother approximately 25 years ago and have spent a lot of time on the internet looking for information on this maker of silver. On the bottom of my tea set with a simple floral pattern on the handles it has a De la Pena label and Hencho in Mexico (made in Mexico). It also has a stamp with the silver content of 470.7 which is from what I understand is 50% silver? Can anyone point me to a resource I could use to figure out how old the tea set might be, where and when it was made. I can take pictures and upload them if need be.
