Crest on Silver Plate

Found in a local thrift store. The plate appears to be hand made rather than manufactured. I have not been able to match the maker's marks to anything on this site or elsewhere so I'm hoping the crest will offer some clues. It appears to possibly be clergy related based on the symbols used but that's as far as my research has taken me. If anyone has any additional information, I'd be very appreciative.

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
Are you sure it`s not pewter ? Is the metal soft or hard ? It`s easy to tell the difference.
Regards

I plan to take it to a jeweler to get tested this evening but I tried some of the home tests- ice cubes melted very quickly on it and it seemed to absorb the cold very quickly. It also rings very well when struck. The metal itself does feel very hard though
