Hand and Flowers Device

Hi,
Does anyone recognise this hand and flowers device? Noted on a muffin dish made by John Yates & Sons of Birmingham.
The motto is: CUM PLENA MAGIS (When more full)
Any thoughts appreciated.

Fairbairn's Crests gives a few possibilities.
Carsey of Dykelborough, Norfolk: An arm couped at the elbow and erect vested azure purfled and cuffed argent holding in the hand a bunch of gillyflowers proper.
Peck: A cubit arm vested in pale holding in the hand three flowers stalked and leaved.
Yon (or Jones) of Barrow and Filmingham, Lincoln: A cubit arm erect vested purpure cuffed argent holding in the hand a bunch of marigolds proper stalked and leaved vert.
The motto Cum plena magis (When more full) is ascribed to Smith. (Good luck on trying to figure out which Smith family it may belong to!)
I hope that one or another of these possibilities is a good lead for you.
