Trying to figure out who the manufacturer is. Its marked EP&Co with Sheffield assay marks of 1961, and I assume sterling. Any help is appreciated.
Sheffield Mark EP&Co
Re: Sheffield Mark EP&Co
Hi, your dish is Sterling silver, the mark is actually SP&Co a Sheffield maker mark on "www.silvermakersmarks.co.uk" website.
Unfortunately there is no maker attributed to the mark there but the mark has been seen on a 1964 dish which ties in with your 1961 dish.
Perhaps some other members can give you more details.

Re: Sheffield Mark EP&Co
I have actually listed it on my site as EP&Co.

Sorry Phil, I thought I was seeing a letter "S" sideways on. The answer is the same on EP&Co. mentioned on the silvermakersmarks site for a range of items but no attribution to who it might be. Robert
Re: Sheffield Mark EP&Co
Thanks for the replies. I've seen a couple other pieces with same mark. Probably will never know who the actual maker is.

The Sheffield Assay Office know. You could try asking. If they want money you can always decline....
