Hi there,
This is a current online auction and seems the photos are taken straight from that. The guidelines state:
3. No linking to auctions or posting photos from another's auction.
No linking to items for sale at websites. No linking to commercial websites.
...
No use of eBay, auctiva, inkfrog, or vendio photos whatsoever!
I know the temptation to want to check items before the auctions finish! But we're not supposed to.
Having said that, I agree with the attribution online of it probably being William Archdall, Dublin, 1715-17.
