need help to identify hallmark

Can anyone help me to identify this mark on a tray? Could it be the Britannia mark on a 1909 tray? With "MADE IN ENGLAND"????

Looks like Lionel Alfred Crichton marked in Dubin. This company had pieces asayed (ie tested) in both London and Dublin.

After 1892 or so, the US required goods of foreign make to be marked with the country of origin. The Crichton Brothers had an upscale retail showroom in New York, I think on Fifth Ave., for which they imported their own goods.

Looking again at your hallmarks, it is London NOT Dublin! And the date letter is an Old English "o" corresponding to 1929. 1909 was a regular "o".
