Gentlemen
This mark MK conjoined at the Edinburgh Assay archives is identical to Colin McKenzie 1695-1735, but the style of the spoon and the thistle mark introduced in 1759 I believe negate him.
Dietert in The Edinburgh Goldsmiths shows a photograph of this mark against James McKenzie (1st) 1731-1747 on page 114.
There is another (not identical) MK conjoined recorded at Edinburgh Assay archives for a James McKenzie.
Can anybody give any further information about this mark?
