Cork Forks?

Good evening,

I picked up these forks today in a charity shop and any information would be greatly appreciated.

Marked: STER
LING

Maker: II with a pellet in an oval.

17 cm in length

Hi,

The split 'STER/LING' was the usual form of marking used by Sheffield haftmakers at this time. The forks likely date to the last quarter of the 18th century.
