Need help with date and maker.

The item I am looking for info on, is a sterling box, made in Chester (?). What I don't know is by whom and in what year. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, Yes it is Chester and the year is 1910, sorry I cannot help on maker, regards Trev.
