modernish spoon is it silver?

found this souvenir spoon marks are confusing me certainly looks like a lion passant and a date letter c, can not identify the middle one at all, are these ficticous hallmarks, any help would be appreciated.

Difficult to make out, but the marks look like Chester 1953. Just cannot make out the 3 initials on the left for the maker's mark.
If you can see it with a glass and let me know, I may be able to help.

Many thanks indeed, my eyesight ist as good as it was and cant make them out tried another scan seems to be a little clearer

Hi all the first letter looks like an s but on further scrutiny could be a g the 3rd mark looks to be a large C and a small o company I would think the 2nd mark ist ver clear could be a fancy letter but cant make it out hope this helps also, many thanks.

I would say that it is S, &, Co making it Shipton & Co Ltd, who worked out of Birmingham.
