Hello and welcome.

Good news, those are British sterling hallmarks, Chester 1909.

Nathan & Hayes (George Nathan & Ridley Hayes) founded this Birmingham firm in 1885.
They had marks entered at Chester, Birmingham and London.
The firm was taken over by S. Blackensee & Son Ltd. sometime in the 1920's.
