Help me please to read the hallmark (crowned lion and the date letter Q)

I have ancient spoon and I would like to know detailed information about it.
Looking at the mark with the crowned lion and the date letter Q, I can suppose
that this item is from England, but I doubt it.

Hi Elena, has been a long time welcome back. Yes Dutch silver 18th century silver guild marks. Town mark of The Hague, the maker's mark CR with radish for Christoffel Radijs born in 1698, registered in The Hague 1725-1782

CR with radish for Christoffel Radijs. Lion rampant in a crowned shield, province of Holland standard mark to indicate 1st standard silver, fineness 934/000. Town mark The Hague stork with eel in beak, in a crowned shield. Year letter The Hague, Q crowned for 1762.
