birmingham silver napkin ring from navy ship?
had bought a small collection of silver napkin rings at a legion hall fleamarket. the gentleman had been in the navy and said they were from military vessels which came to the port of halifax, nova scotia. the first is marked: j c & s, anchor, lion and D. etched thistle pattern with decorative stones attatched. large letter "J" on side. birmingham.info on maker appreciated.thanks http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a167/ ... 0_0677.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a167/ ... 0_0683.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a167/ ... 0_0756.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
