Help to ID the hallmarks

Couldn't find info on the web site.
Any help would be good.

Hi,

Your candlesticks were made in Birmingham in 1973 by a company called P H Vogel & Co.

As far as I understand it is sterling silver, isn't it?

Hi Bekiz,

Yes they are sterling silver, although they are almost certainly loaded.

The unusual Birmingham mark commemorates the bi-centenary of the Birmingham Assay Office 1773-1973:
