need help for maker's mark

Hello everyone, I wondered if these hallmarks are belonging to A & J zIMMERMANN. As shown on the picture the maker's mark is pretty damaged. It looks like a crest shape. On the first line I can see clearly "AJ" and then it could be anything between "SBR and P". On the second line it is clearly "&Co Ld"

The mark on your piece reads A.J.P / & Co Ld and is for A. J. Pepper & Co Ltd. A. J. Pepper was Principal and they traded from 54, Frederick Street, Birmingham.
