.
a very small and interesting spoon with a figure ?? maker ?
Tom,
I don't know the measurements of the spoon, but it does look like a tea caddy spoon. The figure on top is an apostle, and spoons with such figures are called apostle spoons. The design started in the early 16th century and died out in the early 18th. However, it came back into fashion in the mid-19th. Your spoon is, although you probably know, 1862 by Henry Holland.
