Decanter Label

I am a bit stumped on the makers mark which it appears was probably I.H ? Is it Sheffield 1792?
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Probably not the Sheffield forum - I think you got it right first time and that this is a London hallmark for 1795. The maker is probably John Hutson.
