Interesting item.))

I don't know where this item is made. But, someone very much wanted to convince : it is made in Russia. Such punch (if it's punch) wasn't an official punch in the Russian Assay. Thinness in such cartouche is wasn't applied separately.

There is at least one more mark (on the clasp loop). Possibly Italian, Lombardo-Veneto.
