OK, here you have one suggestion:
If we start from the assayer. He is Ludvig Zuck in Mitava/Jelgava 1847-1851. The master's initials seems to be TB or more likely FB. There is only one master with the initials FB fitting the time frame of Zuck ( no one with TB). TB would be Fridolin Bres. He is a rather unknown master and I have not to show his mark. Anyway, it is known that he is registered in the guild 1841 (?) and he is also found on a taxation list from 1858. Could be him, but....?
