I .Avdyeyev SPOON MARKINGS

I have 6 spoons with the markings of Moscow, I .Avdyeyev ( mirrored N and an A), date 1858, the number 84 and a marking I can't find any where,
this marking is of a Russian F C (Φ C)in a small box.
I suspect these were specially made for the Greek orthodox church as they came from a very high ranking patriarch.
Does anyone know of this marking?
