Your enameled cup in cloisonne technique is made by the famous Ovchinnikov Company in Moscow 1908-1917- The company was awarded several times. The town cipher mark is a bit unclear but it looks like Moscow delta mark. I'm not absolutely sure, alternatively it could be St Petersburg's alfa mark, but I don't think so. The company was founded in 1853 in Moscow by Pavel Ovtchinnikov. In 1865 it became court supplier and could after that use the Imperial warranty mark. It is the double headed eagle with spread wings you can see above the mark P. Ovtschinnikov. In 1873 a branch was opened in St Petersbug. The mark to the left is the so called right kokoshnik mark i.e. the official Russian hallmark for the period of 1908-19(17)27. The figures 84 indicate a silver purity of 84 zolotnik i.e. 875/1000. Please clean the kokshnik mark and check the cipher behind the back head, is it Greek alpha or delta?

Its essential to have a better picture. Very, very dubious marks.

Hello,
Just for clarification, this item is not genuine - it is a modern fake.
