Soviet post-1958 silver sugar spoon

Post by Sebastian »

Please can someone help me with the marks on this Soviet silver sugar spoon?
I have read some previous postings, and I think it is a 0.916 silver spoon assayed in Tallin Estonia after 1958.
The 3ij mark could be a combined factory and date mark, if I understand it correctly, but which factory and which year?
And what is the meaning of the third intaglio mark, on the left in the photo.

Hi -

the outer left mark: Tallinnskaja Inspektsia Probirnogo Nadzora is something like an extra assay mark

the mark in the middle: the workshop´s name, Kombinat Tallinska Juwelier,
the number 3 = 1973, the year mark

the mark on the right: official townmark for Tallinn, offficial state mark in use since May 7th 1958, and the silver content 916/1000
