I've put together a page on Arthur Stone, it includes maker marks and a biography of Stone by the silversmith Herman Glendenning. It can be viewed at http://www.925-1000.com/a_stone.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

regards, Tom

Thanks for sharing! I really love Stone's work and I think this page will help identify some of the pieces because it will work as a great guide. Stone's work was so clean and efficient that it makes me want to collect more of his items despite my typical want for other styles.

I am interested in the relationship between Blanchard and Arthur Stone.
Some pieces I find marked for Blanchard, I wonder if they were produced in the Arthur Stone workshop.
So Blanchard and a few other artists split from Arthur Stone and formed their own company?
I wonder if anybody has a large amount of information about Blanchard.
