Footed Tray Wm. Rogers #1110

6 3/4" L x ~5/8" H (extremes). Raised on ball stubs. Possibly after incorporation into International Silver Company (1898-). Monogram in center could be "LH", but looks more like "LI C" (with smaller size of C set out, possibly for Company). Seems odd to have a monogram placed where it would be hidden under food, so pin tray or ???.
