Hallmark 3957,cleaning off chlorine

Postby RIK » Thu Feb 19, 2015 12:18 pm

Hi,

I have a dish that says 3957 sterling. What does this mean? Is it silver?

Also, it got chlorine stains. How can I get this off?

Thanks
