Hoping for help Identifying the maker of this Massive belt buckle

Hello, I just picked up this huge belt buckle, which is like 8" across. It has marks on the back that look like JF on top, then Handmade, then JHL or UHL, or J-L on the bottom. Any insight on who the artist might be would be greatly appreciated!

I believe that it is Jock Favour (anglo) and the larger stamp is a shop hallmark. Jock does work in classic style , handmade, ingot file and file work and set stones. Hope tbat helps
