P.IULE Cross

Post by fishnfowl »

Purchased this cross from a general store in Cass Lake Minnesota that was going out of business around 1980. Have always been curious about the maker. Can anyone tell me about my piece? It measure Approximately 3 1/4" X 2.14".

The hallmark book says Philip Iule-Zuni/SanFelipe, is a silversmith/lapidarist who specializes in cast silver pieces with simple inlay, learned from his parents.

The book doesn't give that kind of info and is 10 years old so not very current.
