Peruvian Sterling Silver Teapot - Unidentified Maker

Hey gang! This is definitely a stab in the dark, but I was posting to see if anyone recognised the makers mark on my Peruvian Sterling Silver Teapot and Sugar Bowl. Clearly stamped on each piece is "Sterling 925 Peru", however I can't attribute the makers mark. To me it looks like a staggered "PP", but it could be something entirely different! Any help is appreciated! Thanks for looking!
