Continental(?) silver spoon marked WH.

Postby RedMask » Wed Jan 25, 2017 8:34 pm

Hello forum.
Got this spoon, tested as silver.
Marked just W H and a strange symbol between this two letters.
I find German silver 800 spoon with very similar design on another site, but perhaps this is just a coincidence.

So any info will be helped.

American coin silver by Wood & Hughes, one of their 'Medallion' designs, circa 1860s...

I had first to search in the American section and then create a topic. Shame, shame...

Dragonflywink, thanks a lot and my best regards.
