Birmingham makers' mark plus

I have a 9ct bracelet set with what may be moonstones, made in Birmingham 1916, with makers' mark S & P the two letters are within circles. Can anyone help identify this maker. Also at the end of the hallmarks is an elongated oval in which I think I can make out WA and then perhaps six or seven more letters or numbers to indistinct to be read.
