Possible Persian Silver Mark on Jewelry Clasp

Hello,
Unfortunately, I only have one photo to offer of this mark. The mark is on a bracelet clasp. The top marks appear to be the number "141" from what I can tell, however, I may be wrong. The closest I came to the bottom was the possibility of it saying "Rida", a known silversmith from Isfahan.

I am curious if anyone has seen, or knows, what these marks translate to, in case I am reading them wrong. Any help is welcomed. Thank you!
