Can anyone help identify these Hallmarks - I think I have identified that it is from Glasgow but being a complete I can't get any further, any help would be appreciated. The item is a oval celtic style agate brooch.

Your picture is a little unclear but I agree that it is a Glasgow hallmark. The date letter looks like the "p" for 1962 and I think that the sponsor's / maker's mark is JO. Unfortunately this mark is not included in the otherwise fairly comprehensive database of marks published by the Incorporation of Goldsmiths of the City of Edinburgh so I am unable to identify it.
